Zola Mae Bulla Costello

Mrs. Zola Mae Bulla Costello, 80, of Fayetteville, NC, passed away on Saturday, June 12, 2021, at her home surrounded by her loving family.

Born on December 7, 1940, to the late Thomas Jefferson Bulla and Verta Louise Bulla.

She was preceded in death by her husband John Douglas Costello and one son John Thomas Costello.

She was a member of Northwood Temple Church.  She was a retired cafeteria manager at Northwood Temple Academy. She also worked with Harnett County and Cumberland County School Systems. 

She is survived by her children Lisa Costello Hutchison, of Fayetteville, NC, Cindy Louise Costello, of Knightdale, NC, and Shonn Lee Costello and wife Laurie, of Roseboro, NC; three grandchildren Douglas Jefferson Hutchison and wife Ashley, Kalee Ann Costello, and Noah Thomas Costello; three great-grandchildren Peyton Samuel Brooks, Preston Colt Brooks, and Savannah Lynn Hutchison; three sisters Peggy Graham and husband John, Phylis Willette, and Louise Townsend and a host of extended family and friends.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, June 19, 2021, at 2:00 PM at Northwood Temple Church with Dr. John Hedgepeth and Dr. Eddie Wood officiating.

In lieu of flowers the family requests that memorial contributions be made to SECU Family House 123 Old Mason Farm Road Chapel Hill, NC 27517.
