US Army SFC (Ret) Richard Sirois

US Army SFC (Ret.) Richard Sirois, 91, of Fayetteville, passed away on Wednesday, October 27, 2021.

He was born in Caribou, ME, on September 15, 1930.

Richard proudly served for over 22 years in the Army as a paratrooper in both, the 82nd and 101st Airborne, where he earned numerous commendations.

Left to cherish Richard’s memory are his wife of 64 years, Patsy; children; Richard Sirois, Toni Swiderski and husband Michael, Joni Gullotti and husband Paul, Mike Sirois and wife Lisa; grandchildren, Nathan Sirois, Jason Dancy, and Garrett Sirois; brothers, Roger Sirois and wife Tina, Donald Sirois and wife Debbie; and sisters, Sandra Sirois, and Marylee Belanger and husband Wayne.

The family will welcome friends from 10:30am to 11:45am, on Sunday, October 31, 2021, at Sullivan’s Highland Funeral Service. The funeral will follow at noon. The service will conclude with a burial at Lafayette Memorial Park.
