Rebecca “Luanne†DeWitt, 56, of Fayetteville, NC passed away on Saturday, September 29, 2012. Ms. Dewitt was born on January 28, 1956 in Hope Mills, NC.
Launne was a graduate of Reid Ross High School. She was very kind and generous, always willing to help others. Her heart and home was always open to anyone. She was a wonderful daughter, sister, mother, grandmother, and friend. She touched many lives and will be missed by all.
She is survived by her father, Ralph “Jack†DeWitt, 91, of the home; two sisters, Deborah DeWitt and Brenda West; half-brother, Ralph N. Holt; daughter, Kristina DeWitt; son-in-law, Jim Grimes; four granddaughters, Serena M. DeWitt, Raven Michelle, Lillian Bella Grimes, and Aaliyha West.
The family will receive friends on Saturday, October 6, 2012 at Sullivan’s Highland Funeral Service & Crematory, Inc. from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
