Patricia W. Wurschum

Patricia Wurschum, 79, of Fayetteville, passed away on Monday, December 30, 2019, at Cape Fear Valley Medical center.

She was born on August 19, 1940, in Hopedale, OH, to the late Vernon and Florence Byers. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Gerald; and a son, Jerry Dean Wurschum.  

Patricia is survived by one daughter, Paula A. Faircloth, and husband Byron, of Fayetteville, NC; three sons, Toby W. Wurschum, and wife Angelika of Sacramento, CA, Daren L. Wurschum, and wife Ruth, of Stedman, NC, and Eric A. Wurschum, of Fayetteville; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and a brother, Vernon “Wally” Byers and wife Brenda of Wintersville, OH.  

In lieu of flowers the family requests that memorial contributions be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital 501 St Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
