Ms. Patsy Campbell
Patsy Campbell, 67, of Fayetteville, passed away on Wednesday, February 8, 2017 at Cape Fear Valley Medical Center.
She was born in Fayetteville on May 10, 1949, to the late Albert and Pauline Smith.
She was a doting grandmother whose house was always open to her family and friends. Her generosity was felt by all. She especially enjoyed being outside tending to her flowers and vegetables.
Patsy is survived by her daughter, Leslie Campbell and boyfriend Chris Cox; son Jay Campbell and wife Beverly; grandchildren, Karsyn and Kenan Campbell, and Greyson Cox; brother, Jimmy Smith and wife Carolyn; nieces, Paula Hales and Kari Starling; and numerous cousins and family members.
In lieu of flowers please make a donation to a charity of your liking.
The family will receive friends from 1 to 2:15 pm on Sunday, February 12, 2017 at Sullivan’s Highland Funeral Service. A memorial service honoring Patsy’s life will follow at 2:30 pm.
