Mrs. Victoria Castro

Mrs. Victoria Castro, 68 passed away on March 24, 2016.  Born in Jalisco, Mexico on November 1, 1947, she was the daughter of Sabina Jimenez.

Victoria Castro is preceded in death by her husband, James Castro, Jr. and survived by her two children Frankie Castro of Jacksonville, FL and wife Rhea Castro and daughter Soni Rider of Fayetteville, NC and husband Wayne Rider. Her sisters and brother; Hermelinda Nichols of California, Fernando Jimenez of California, Maria Kawakami of North Carolina, Rebecca Jimenez of California, Otillia Reyes of Montana. Her grandchildren, Brittany Castro, Aimee Rider, Tesla Rider and James Castro and two great grandsons Caden and Carter Castro.  

Victoria was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother who loved to travel, garden and dance.  She was a successful Realtor for over 30 years, an active member in the community and many charitable events.  She was dedicated to her friends and family and it brought her much joy to help others.  She enjoyed contributing to the community and loved the friendships of her Red Hat Ladies and Roland’s Dance Studio.  She touched many lives and will be greatly missed.  

A Funeral Mass will be held in her honor on Monday March 28, 2016 at Saint Patrick’s Catholic Church 2844 Village Drive, Fayetteville, NC at 11:00 am.
