Mrs. Valerie Ann Siwicki Balch, 71, of Linden, NC, passed away on, Tuesday, July 12, 2016.
She was born on December 11, 1944 in New Brittan, CT to the late Edward and Grace Siwicki.
She was preceded in death by her husband U.S. Army Ret. Staff Sgt. Charles “Chuck†Louis Balch, Jr.
She is survived by a daughter, Mary-Ellen Balch Perez of Fayetteville; a son, Dr. Charles Louis Balch III and his wife, Sally Nunnery Balch, of Fayetteville; five grandchildren, Amanda Louise Watkins and husband Vincent Watkins, Charles Louis Balch IV, Caroline Grace Balch, Natalia Esther Perez and Curtis Edward Balch; a great grandson Dane Garry Watkins.
The family will receive friends on Thursday, July 14, 2014, from 9:45 to 10:45 a.m. at Sullivan’s Highland Funeral Service & Crematory.
Funeral services will follow at 11 a.m. in Sullivan’s Highland Funeral Service chapel with Dr. James Atkinson officiating. Burial follow at Sandhills State Veterans Cemetery in Spring Lake.
