Mrs. Patsy "Patty Gal" Diane Davis

Patsy “Patty Gal” Diane Davis, 61, of Fayetteville, went to be with her Lord and Savior, on Saturday, December 24, 2016.

She was born on April 29, 1955, to the late Charles and Flora Strickland.  Also preceding her in death is her brother, Jerry Turbeville.

Patsy took great pride in working in the yard and spending quality time on the back porch.  She especially enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren, whom she adored.  She also considered her sisters to be her best friends and her brothers were her heroes.

Patsy is survived by her husband, Alvin; daughter, Diane Perez; grandchildren, Savannah Harter, Matthew Perez, Ariana Perez, all of Fayetteville; sisters, Joyce Vaughn of Greenville, SC, Kathy Jones of Sanford; brothers, Jimmie Turbeville of Benson, Kenny Turbeville of Spring Lake, Steve Strickland of Fayetteville; six nieces; and nine nephews.

The family will receive friends from 10:45 am to 11:45 am on Saturday, December 31, 2016.  A memorial service officiated by Pastor John Blackman, Jr. will follow at 12:00 pm in the chapel of Sullivan’s Highland Funeral Service.
