Mrs. Lettie Naylor Bass
Mrs. Lettie “Maedeen†“Nanny†Naylor Bass, 88, of Eastover, NC, passed away on Wednesday, August 26, 2015, at her home surrounded by her loving family.
She was born on May 29, 1927, in Sampson County, NC to the late Darius and Lettie Lee Naylor. She was preceded in death by her husband O.C. Bass Sr.
She is survived by one daughter Ruth Bass Burchett, of Eastover, NC; one son O.C. Bass Jr., of Hope Mills, NC; five grandchildren Marty Burchett, Laura Adams, Larry Burchett, Jennifer Nash, and William Bass; eight great-grandchildren Danielle Mason, Robby Adams, Ryan Adams, Rachel Burchett, Nathan Burchett, Samantha Burchett, Sarah Burchett, and Brady Nash; one great-grandchild soon to be with us.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Friday, August 28, 2015 at Sullivan’s Highland Funeral Service. Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, August 29, 2015 at Sullivan’s Highland Funeral Service. Burial will follow at Lafayette Memorial Park.
