Mrs. Kay Frances Atkinson 68, of Fayetteville, NC, passed away, Monday, August 5, 2013, at her residence.
She was born on October 28, 1944 in Cumberland County, NC.
Kay, was a loving mother, grandmother, sister, and friend to so many. The love in her heart will be passed on from generation to generation.
She is survived by her three daughters Karen Bodnar, and husband Drew, of Rock Hill, SC, Tammy Atkinson, and husband Jay, of Hope Mills, NC, and Gail Bustamante, and husband Michael, of Hope Mills, NC; one sister Annie Lee Hester, of Fayetteville; seven grandchildren, Amanda, Leroy, Michelle, Shalottie, Kyle, Andrew, and Kelly.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. on Thursday, August 8, 2013 at Sullivan's Highland Funeral Service, and Crematory.
Funeral Services will be conducted at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, August 9, 2013, at Sullivan's Highland Funeral Service, and Crematory. Burial will follow in Lafayette Memorial Park.
