Mrs. Joan C. Fischer

Joan C. Fischer “The little Gray haired English Lady”, 86, of Fayetteville, passed away on Saturday, April 29, 2017, at Village Green Nursing Home.

She was born in England on March 5, 1931.  Preceding her in death are her husbands, Jack Fischer and Samuel Cadorette; and son, Christopher Fischer. 

Joan is survived by her sons, Barry Fischer and wife Nancy, Donald Fischer and wife Joy; grandchildren, Sarah Stansfield and husband DJ, Alex Fischer, Tabitha Hobart and husband David, Samantha Abrams and husband Jesse; great grandchildren, Thomas, Madalyn, Jack, Cody, and Charlotte; and Brother, Neal Horsfield and wife Pam.

A memorial service is scheduled for 2 pm on Friday, May 12, 2017, at Westminster Presbyterian Church with a visitation following the service in the fellowship hall.
