Mrs. Harriet Mays Hyman
Mrs. Harriet Mays Hyman, 89, of Fayetteville, NC passed away on Monday, December 12, 2016 at her home surrounded by her loving family and a host of friends.
She was born on September 13, 1927 in Florence, SC to the late Alfred Lee Mays and Mary Sheppard Mays.
She was a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister and friend.
She is survived by a daughter Debra “Kay†Hyman of Fayetteville, NC; one son Dwight Glenn Hyman and wife, Amanda, of Grays Creek, NC; four grandchildren David-Lacey, April, Cassie and Michelle; two great-granddaughters Emily and Tinslee; and a host of extended family and friends.
Funeral services will be conducted at 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, December 18, 2016 at Faith Baptist Church 2155 Smith Road, Hope Mills, NC 28348. The family will receive friends after the services at the church.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Faith Baptist Church 2728 Creekdew Court Fayetteville, NC 28306.
