Carolyn Sherrill, 90, of Fayetteville, went to meet her Lord and Savior, on Thursday, December 03, 2015, at her residence surrounded by her loving family.
She was born in Fayetteville on February 24, 1925, to the late Mr. and Mrs. Grover and Pauline Cain. She was preceded in death by her husband, Harold.
She is survived by her daughters, Brenda Zwilling (Michael) of Pickerington, OH, Becky Phillips (Nathan) of Fayetteville; son, Wayne Sherrill (Denise) of Fayetteville; grandchildren, Brad Zwilling (Kori), Jennifer Haffele (Brian), Chris Edwards (Tracie), Scott Edwards (Carrie), Matthew Sherrill (Nikki); great-grandchildren, Lawson, Garrett, Sarah Grace, Haze, Brandon, Chayse, Avery, Madi, Colton, Drew, and Cole; sister, Doris Calloway; brothers, Sonny Cain (Pat), Ricky Cain (Betty), Eddie Cain (Cathy).
The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 on Saturday, December 5, 2015 at Sullivan’s Funeral service. A funeral service will be held at 1:30 p.m. on Sunday, December 6, 2015 in the chapel of Sullivan's Highland Funeral Service. Burial will follow in Lafayette Memorial Park.
