Mrs. Anna Robinson Jenkins, 72, of Fayetteville, NC, passed away on Friday, October 4, 2013, at Cape Fear Valley Medical Center, in Fayetteville, NC.
She was born on March 24, 1941, in Carteret County, NC to the late Nathan Robinson and Opal Arthur Robinson.
She was a member of Westminster Presbyterian Church. She also retired from First Citizens Bank with over 20 years of service.
She is survived by her husband Charles Jenkins, of Fayetteville, NC; two daughters Carol Smith and husband Bruce, of Beaufort, NC and Andrea Phillips and husband David, of Fayetteville, NC; one son Charles "Chuck" Jenkins and wife Mel, of Fayetteville, NC; six grandchildren Jamie, Bruce, Jordan, Anna, Josie, and Sam; one sister Colleen Guthrie, of Atlantic, NC.
The family will receive friends at Sullivan's Highland Funeral Service, and Crematory from 11:45 a.m. until 12:45 p.m. on Monday, October 7, 2013. Funeral Services will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. at Sullivan's Highland Funeral Service Chapel. Burial will follow in Sandhills State Veterans Cemetery in Spring Lake, NC.
