Mrs. Addie Cox Link, 83, of Fayetteville, NC passed away on Monday April 6, 2015, at Cape Fear Valley Medical Center, in Fayetteville, NC.

She was born on May 14, 1931, in Brunswick County, NC to the late George Washington Cox and Artie Mae Coleman Cox.

She was a devoted wife and loving mother, grandmother and great- grandmother. One of her greatest joys in life was her service and commitment to the Lord. She was an active member of Trinity Baptist Church. She loved attending church, teaching Sunday school and Vacation Bible School, serving in the nursery, and singing in the choir.

She was preceded in death by her husband Jacob Terrell Link and her three brothers, Johnnie, Elbert, and Walter Cox.

She is survived by two daughters Susan Link Browning, and her husband Craig Browning, of Raleigh, NC and Sandy Link Broome, and her husband Ted Broome, of Richmond, VA; one son Joseph Terrell Link, and his wife Daisy, of Fayetteville, NC; seven grandchildren Melissa Browning Willis, Morgan Browning Irwin, Chandler Browning, Joshua Broome, Hunter Broome, Joseph Link, and Jeremiah Link; four great-grandchildren Luke Willis, Mason Willis, Evelyn Irwin, and Davis Irwin.

Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, April 11, 2015, in Sullivan’s Highland Funeral Service, with Dr. Randy White officiating.  Burial will follow in Lafayette Memorial Park.
