Mr. William "Bill" Arthur Reaves

Mr. William “Bill” Arthur Reaves, 74, of Fayetteville, NC, died on Monday, April 06, 2015, at Highsmith-Rainey Hospital, in Fayetteville, NC.

He was born on September 17, 1940 in Cumberland County, NC to the late James Wilson Reaves and Carolyn Lorraine Beasley Reaves.

Bill was an active member of Westminster Presbyterian Church. He was a U.S. Army Veteran.
He was preceded in death by a son William Arthur Reaves, Jr. and a brother James Wilson Reaves Jr.

Mr. Reaves is survived by his wife Phyllis McCarn Reaves, of Fayetteville, NC; one daughter Tracey Reaves Hoskins, and husband Joseph Hoskins, Fayetteville, NC; one grandson Justin Garrett Hoskins, of Fayetteville, NC; a sister-in-law Faye McRainey Reaves, St. Pauls, NC.

The family will receive friends on Thursday April 9, 2015, from 11:45 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. at Westminster Presbyterian Church. A memorial service will follow at 1:00 p.m. at the church with Rev. Rick McDuffie officiating.

In lieu of flowers the family requests that memorial contributions be made to Westminster Presbyterian Church 2505 Village Drive, Fayetteville, NC 28304 or to Fayetteville Area Operation Inasmuch 531 Hillsboro Street, Fayetteville, NC 28301.
