Matthew Allen Corbin, 32, of Fayetteville, passed away on Sunday, January 24, 2016, at Cape Fear Valley Medical Center.
He was born in Jacksonville, NC, on February 9, 1983.
Corbin treasured his time with his children. He could often be found playing football, chess, or video games with Ethan and Peyton. He also enjoyed organizing pool tournaments.
Corbin is survived by his; sons, Ethan and Peyton Corbin; mother, Crystal Bullard; step-father, Steven Bullard; grandmother, “Oma†Mary Corbin; sister, Jessica McCormick (Brandon); brother, Steven Bullard (Kelly); step-sisters, Megan and Sara Bullard; aunt, “Mama†Lillie Jackson (Stan); uncles, Martin Corbin, David Corbin III (Alletta); Donald Corbin (Michele); numerous cousins, nieces, and nephew.
A Celebration of Life service is planned from 2 to 5 p.m. on Sunday, January 31, 2016, at the Holiday Inn on Cedar Creek Road.
