Roger Kent “Ken†Edge, 59, of Parkton, passed away on January 1, 2017, at Carolinas Medical Center in Charlotte.
He was born in Fayetteville on May 2, 1957, to the late, John Pink and Annie Mae Edge. He was preceded in death by 4 brothers and sisters.
He enjoyed four wheeling, horseback riding, and the outdoors.
Ken is survived by his wife, Sheila Edge; children, Roger Edge, Anna “Sissy†Edge, Gary Edge, Heather Edge; 9 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren; 5 brothers and sisters; and his beloved dog, Man and his trusty steed, Dakota.
A memorial service is planned for 2 pm on Saturday, January 14, 2017 at Ken’s home, officiated by his nephew, Pastor Tim Edge.
