Our sweet son, Donald Christian McIntosh blessed our family when he was born on October 17, 1996, at a healthy 10 lbs. 2 oz. He was a senior at Jack Britt High School. He lived eighteen beautiful years and brought such joy to our family. Donald was a hunter, a fisherman as well as being a best friend and supporter to all of his friends and family. He was a fund raiser and devoted his energy to many Wounded Warrior projects. He also helped place service dogs with veterans in need.
Donald was called home on June 30, 2015; Godâs work for him on earth was done. Donald loved his family and planned to join the Army in honor of his father. He said it was his turn to protect our country and let his Daddy rest.
This gift is survived and lives through his parents, Christian and Susanna McIntosh; siblings Ashley Hooper and husband Jake, Jordan, and Mallory; his fiancée Taylor Shupert; grandparents Douglas and Patty Kenny, Don McIntosh and Charlotte Johnson along with numerous cousins, aunts and uncles.
In lieu of flowers, the family hopes you will contribute to the H3 project. Its purpose is to provide service dogs to veterans in need and more specifically to build an expanded training facility that will be named in Donaldâs honor and memory. For information.
