She is survived by her parents Marshal G. and Sarah Goddard VanHook; brother Marshal C. VanHook; paternal grandfather Larry VanHook, of Louise, TX; maternal grandparents Ralph and Linda Goddard, of Monroe, UT; maternal great-grandmother Lucille Christensen, of Salem, UT; maternal great-grandparents Bill and Jan Tadehara, of Seattle, WA.
