Mae Curfman

H. Mae Curfman, 82, of Fayetteville, passed away on Monday, December 24, 2018, at New Hanover Regional Medical Center.

She was born in Dearborn, MI, on April 5, 1936. 

Mae is survived by her children, Vicky Smith of Rocky Point, Kathy Jackson and husband John of Fayetteville, John Lowder, Jr and wife Jennifer of Fayetteville, and Mary Carnahan of Surf City; 6 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.

At 1:30pm on Sunday, January 6, 2019, the family will conduct a funeral service at Hampstead United Methodist Church, 15395 Highway 17N, Hampstead, NC, officiated by Rev. Skip Williams.  They will also have a graveside service at Sandhills State Veterans Cemetery at 10am on Tuesday, January 8, 2019.
