Kenneth Alvin Phinney was 53 years of age and lived in Fayetteville.
He was mothered by Toyoko Phinney and Lyle Phinney. He had three sisters, Barbara, Elaine and Pamela; and a brother, Sonny. He was a loving father to Nicholas, Brandon and Chyna. Some years later he became a husband to Veronica Phinney and inherited another daughter, Dana. Most importantly, he was an amazing grandfather to Kaleb Royal and Colin Phinney.
Kenneth loved the beach, fishing, playing with his grandkids and surfing at the beach.
His will be scattered in the ocean and forever with us.
The family will receive friends on Saturday, Oct. 13, 2012, from 10 to 11 a.m. at Sullivan’s Highland Funeral Service & Crematory in Fayetteville. A funeral service will be conducted in Sullivan’s Highland Funeral Service & Crematory at 11a.m.
