Kathleen "Kathy" Kositch

Kathleen ‘Kathy” Kositch of Fayetteville, NC, passed away on Wednesday May 22, 2019, at Highsmith Rainey Hospital, in the presence of love ones.

She was born June 13, 1961 to the late John and Harriet Kositch, also, preceding Kathy was her sister Pamela C. Smith.

Kathy was loved by all whom had the privilege to enjoy her laughter, love of others, beautiful smile, and many kisses.

Kathy is survived by a loving uncle Raymond St. Jacques of Seal Beach, CA; Brother Gary Crandall of Mt. Homes, Arkansas; Brother-in-law Raymond Smith and wife Kathy of Fayetteville; Nephew Ronnie Smith and Wife Ginger of Fayetteville; Great-Nephew Austin Smith of Fayetteville; Nephew Dale Smith of Kill Devils Hill; along with numerous nephews and nieces; and special friends of Spigner Group Home of Fayetteville, NC.

The family would like to express a special thank you to the 2nd floor ICU Nurses and staff of Highsmith-Rainey Specialty Hospital, for the loving care provided during Kathy’s stay.

A graveside memorial service is planned for 10am on Thursday, May 30, 2019, at Lafayette Memorial Park.
