Ismael Rodriguez

Ismael Rodriguez, 72, of Fayetteville, passed away on Thursday, May 13, 2021.

He was born in Puerto Rico on September 3, 1948.

He proudly served in the US Army.  He was stationed in Germany during the Vietnam War and completed his career at Ft. Polk in Louisiana.  He will be most remembered for his knowledge and ability to repair cars.

Left to cherish Ismael’s memory are his daughters, Dania Rodriguez and Jazmin Rodriguez; grandchildren, Alexandra Rodriguez, Jonathan Rodriguez, and Alyssa Nesbitt; sisters, Raquel Rodriguez Santos, Isabel Ayes Santos, and Maritza Ayes Santos; brothers, Israel Ayes Santos and John Ayes Santos; and his extended family.

The family will welcome friends from 2 to 4pm on Saturday, May 22, 2021 at Sullivan’s Highland Funeral Service.
