With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Irene Schleich, who left us on March 22, 2025, at the age of 84. Born in the vibrant city of Glasgow, Scotland, Irene carried her heritage with pride and lived a life full of kindness, strength, and unwavering love.

She was the cherished mother of Robert Schleich, who holds her memory close alongside his wife, Terri, and their children, Kaytlyn Dempster, Zachary Schleich, and Ryan Schleich.

Irene embraced her role as a mother and grandmother with boundless devotion, spreading joy and wisdom to her family and all who knew her. Her spirit of compassion, resilience, and her stories of Glasgow will be fondly remembered by all who were fortunate enough to share in her journey. She leaves behind a legacy of love that will continue to inspire those she touched.Her presence will be deeply missed, but her memory will forever remain in our hearts.

A memorial service to celebrate her life will be held on Saturday, April 12, 2025, at 4 pm in Sullivan's Highland Chapel.
