Grant "Peanut" Patrick Miles
Our little boy Grant Patrick Miles, passed away in his mom and dad's arms on Sunday, December 22, 2013.
He was born on August 29, 2013 at UNC Chapel Hill with a fighting spirit. He was loved very much by his mom and dad. Even though he was only with us for a short time, Peanut left an impression that will last a lifetime. "BG" was surrounded by and loved from the staff of the NICU and whoever heard his story. He had a warrior spirit that will forever live on.
Grant left behind to cherish his memory his mom and dad Josh and Sabrina; his grandma Marcy; his "grampa" Kevin and nana Karen; god parent's Matt and Tammy; and a host of other loving family members.
We will honor Grants memory on Saturday, December 28, 2013 from 10:45 a.m. until 11:45 a.m. at Sullivan's Highland Funeral Service . A service of memories will follow at 12 noon in the chapel with Chaplain Cpt. Lauren Nofsinger.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that memorial contributions be made to the Ronald McDonald House of Chapel Hill 101 Old Mason Farm Rd, Chapel Hill, NC 27517 or the UNC Children's Hospital C/O NCCC 101 Manning Drive, Chapel Hill, NC 27514.
