Frances Spiller
Mrs. Frances Jeanette Spiller, 75, of Fayetteville, passed away on Saturday, May 4, 2013, at the VA Nursing Home, in Fayetteville, NC.
She was born on May 4, 1938, in Cumberland County, NC to the late Oliver W. Matthews Sr. and Eva Hewett Matthews.
She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and sister.
She is survived by her loving husband Jerry G. Spiller, of Fayetteville, NC; one daughter Irene B. Faulkner, and husband John, of Fayetteville, NC; one son Jerry M. Spiller, of Charleston, SC; one grandson Mark Faulkner, of Fayetteville, NC; three sister Maxine Garner, of Fayetteville, NC, Etrude Piner, and husband Duke, of Fayetteville, NC; and Mary Jane Erne, and husband Jim, of Medina, OH; two brothers Paul Matthews, and wife Anna, of Fayetteville, NC and Robert Allen Matthews, of Fayetteville, NC.
The family will receive friends on Monday, May 6, 2013 at Sullivan’s Highland Funeral Service from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, May 7, 2013, with Rev. Gary Strickland officiating.
Burial will follow in Lafayette Memorial Park.
