Frances Lee Fulcher

Frances Lee Register Fulcher was born May 22, 1930, to James R. and Ola Mae Register.
Frances was preceded in death by, her husband, Louis Arthur Fulcher Sr; her brothers, Charles and Milton Register; a sister, Lola Mae Parker and a grandson, Kenneth Lee Fulcher, Jr. (Little Kenny).

Frances was the matriarch of a large and loving family. She is survived by her sons and daughters-in-law, Louis Arthur and Sharon H. Fulcher Jr., and Kenneth Lee and Robin S. Fulcher; daughters and sons-in-law, Linda Carol and Luther G. Suber, and Suzanne and David McAllister; grandchildren, Wendy Fulcher Snow, Timothy George Suber, Louis Arthur Fulcher, IV, Misty Suber Holt , Garret Lee Fulcher, Brian Fulcher, Holly Lynn Fulcher, and Robert Brandon Ellis; great grandchildren, Adrianna Lee Hlavacek, Hadden Snow, Landyn Berkley Holt, Gracin Snow, Billie Faith Fulcher, Isaac George Suber, Arlee Shaye Fulcher, Brian Lee Fulcher Jr., Tristan Rivers Fulcher, Adalee Grace Fulcher, and Weston Lee Fulcher.

Frances assumed the position of president and CEO of Fulcher Electric of Fayetteville, Inc in 1999 until present.

Frances was an active lifelong member of Person Street Pentecostal Holiness Church, now Baywood Pentecostal Holiness Church, ministering in the choir, women’s ministries, hospitality missions, the young at heart ministry, and a faithful member of the Good News Sunday School Class. She was ready to serve her Lord everytime the church doors opened. Well done, thy good and faithful servant!

The family would like to give a special thanks to the 5 Points Home Health Care, Medic Hospice of Lumberton, NC.; Jennifer, Nakisha, Edna, Brandy, and Charlotte. And to mother’s personal caregivers, a heartfelt thank you, especially, Carolyn Barefoot, Ramona Averitte, Sherry Starling, Jo Anna Starling, Aseneth Barefoot, Aseneth Rene’ Gardner.

The family will welcome friends from 11am to 12:45pm, on Monday, November 29, 2021, at Baywood Pentecostal Holiness Church. Her funeral will follow at 1pm and the service will conclude with her burial at Salem United Methodist Church Cemetery.
