She was born on July 24, 1930 in Cumberland County, NC to the late Joseph L. Capps Sr. and Ollie Moore Capps.
She is survived by a daughter Patsy Morrison, of California; three sisters Emma Capps Squires, of Hope Mills, NC, Inez, Capps Matthews, of Wade, NC and Ruth Capps White, of Holden Beach, NC.
Private Burial will be in Glen Haven Memorial Garden, in Macon, Georgia.
