Enrique Ramos

Enrique Ramos, 76, of Fayetteville passed away surrounded by family on July 25, 2024.

He was born on August 10, 1947, to the late Abadesa and Louis Ramos in Humacao, Puerto Rico. Also preceding him in death is twin brother, John Ramos and sister, Brunilda Ramirez.

Enrique proudly served his country with the United States Marine Corp as a sergeant from 1966-1969. During that time, he served two tours in Vietnam where he was awarded two purple hearts and a combat service medal.

Left to cherish Enrique’s memory is his wife of 53 years, Migdalia Ramos; children, Enrique Ramos, Jr. (Barbara), Louis Ramos, Marisa Perez (Neftalis), and Abadesa Ramos (Oscar Gonzalez); 9 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren; left 3 brothers, and 1 sister.

The family will receive friends on Thursday, August 1, 2024, from 5-7pm at Sullivan’s Highland Funeral Service. A funeral service is scheduled for 11:00 am on Friday, August 2, 2024, at Sullivan’s Highland Funeral Service. The burial will follow at Sandhills State Veterans Cemetery.
