Mr. Donald Dewey Jones, age 64, of LaGrange, Ga., died on June 1, 2013 at his residence.
Mr. Jones was born in Hope Mills, N.C. to the late Otis Clifford Jones and Emma Mercer Jones on May 15, 1949.
He proudly served his country in the United States Army and retired with Kelly Springfield Company with over 30 years of service .
He is survived by his daughters, Sherry Kimball and her husband Harlan of Cape Carteret, N.C., Pamela DeJesus and her husband Manuel and Donna Johnson and her husband Tommy, all of Fayetteville, N.C.; sisters, Sandra Gamble and her husband Tommy and Mary Jean Brisky, all of LaGrange; grandchildren, Alysia, Richard, Elizabeth, Catherine, Joshua and Brianna.
The family will receive friends on Tuesday, June 4, 2013 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Sullivan’s Highland Funeral Service.
Funeral Services will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, June 5, 2013 at Praise Fellowship Church of God with Rev. Richard N. Williford II and Chaplain Harlan Kimball officiating.
Burial will follow in Cross Creek Cemetery #5.
