David Michael Albl

David Michael Albl, 59, of Fayetteville, NC passed away on February 16, 2022, surrounded by his loved ones.

Mike was born in Miami, Florida. He was the loving son to Sandy Scheer and the late Dave Albl, and the loving brother to Karin (m. Kenny Gray) and Doug (m. Lisa Albl).  

After Mike graduated from Amos P Godby High School in Tallahassee, FL in 1980; he received an AA degree from Keiser College.

He served in the Air Force for 2 years with the military police. 

Mike loved his family, if you ever needed anything he would give you the shirt off his back and was always there to help. He will be remembered for his unfiltered personality and sense of humor.

Mike loved our Lord Jesus Christ and was very dedicated to his faith and Cedar Falls Baptist Church. Mike’s favorite place to be was with his family and in church.

A celebration of Mike’s life was held at Cedar Falls Baptist Church on Saturday, February 19, 2022 at 3:30pm.  

Anyone wishing to make a donation to/for Mike can make a donation to Cedar Falls Baptist Church General Fund.
