Dale Clark

Frances Dale Clark, 82, of Fayetteville, passed away on Monday, December 19, 2022.

Dale was born in Erwin, NC, to the late Johnnie and Myrtle Beasley.  She was a graduate of Massey Hill High School.  Dale worked several jobs over the years, but her last job prior to retirement was working with her husband, Tom, at the A&P Grocery Store on Owen Drive.

Dale was the sweetest, kindest soul and she would do anything for anybody.  She dearly loved pulling for her Tar Heels in all sports.  Above all else, Dale loved and cherished her family and friends.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, December 22, 2022, at 2 pm at Victory United Methodist Church.  The burial will follow at LaFayette Memorial Park.

Dale is survived by her daughter, Patty Carter and husband, Gerry; son, Tommy Clark and wife, Cat; three grandchildren, Brian, Heather, and Tyler; and two great grandchildren, Nathan and Logan.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 42 years, Tom Clark; and sister, Ann Sewell.

The family will receive friends prior to the service on Thursday, from 1 to 2 pm at the church.
