HOPE MILLS - Ms. Cheyenna Maria Cummings, 18, of 5712 Parkton Road, died Sunday, Aug. 7, 2011, in Cape Fear Valley Medical Center. Funeral services will be held Saturday, Aug. 13, 2011, at 1 p.m. in Sullivan's Highland Funeral Service & Crematory, 610 Ramsey St. in Fayetteville, with the Rev. Norris Dumas officiating. The family will receive friends an hour prior to service at the funeral home and following the service at 5712 Parkton Road in Hope Mills from 2:30 to 4 p.m. Ms. Cummings is survived by her mother, Pamela P. Gillespie of Hope Mills; father, Harold Cummings of Pennsylvania; sister, Kymbely Sylvester of Hope Mills; brothers, Nakita Dean Locklear of South Carolina, and Dereck Cummings of Fayetteville; paternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Jerry Cummings; nephews, William Shamar Huey of Hope Mills, Zy-Mari Scott of Fayetteville and Aiden Jackson of Fayetteville; and girlfriend, Jasmine Oglesby of Fayetteville.
