Charles Robert Reep, 72, of Fayetteville, passed away Tuesday July 24, 2012 at Village Green Nursing Home.
Mr. Reep was a member of Haymount Free Will Baptist Church and a deacon. He served in the US Air Force of 22 years 8 months and 14 days. He was a Vietnam Veteran.
Mr. Reep is survived by his wife of 53 years, Margaret; 3 sons, Charles Reep and wife Tracy; Robert “Tony†Reep and Chris Reep; 2 daughters, Ann Johnson and husband Charlie and Pamela Herring and husband JB; a sister, Robin Hedgepeth and husband Ricky; 7 grand children, Steven, Rebekah and Aubrey Reep; Kaleigh and Sara Johnson and Stuart and Miranda Herring.
Mr. Reep was preceded in death by his parents and a grandson Joshua.
The family will receive friends Thursday night from 6-8 pm at Sullivan’s Highland Funeral Service and Crematory. The funeral will be held 8:30am Friday at Haymount Free Will Baptist Church. Burial will follow at 10am at Sandhills State Veterans Cemetery.
