In loving memory of our mother, Charlene Ann Creason Hunter. Charlene was born on March 1, 1940 to Charles W. and Othal O. Creason. Mrs. Hunter passed away on February 7, 2012 after a courageous battle with cancer.
Charlene was preceded in death by her parents and her sister Dorothy Creason.
Charlene is survived by 3 daughters, Dana Stone and husband Scott of Raleigh; Lori Barros and husband Tommy of Chattanooga TN; and Dyan Hunter of Fayetteville; 3 grandchildren, Sarah Stone, Thomas and Emerson Barros; her loving friend Susan Godfrey and her beloved dog, Olive.
Charlene was a dedicated employee at Belks for 25 years.
A memorial service will be held 3 pm Friday, February 10, 2012 at Sullivan’s Highland Funeral Service and Crematory, with the Rev. Archie Barringer officiating. The family will receive friends from 2-3 prior to the service at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers memorial may be made to the American Cancer Society, P.O. Box 22718, Oklahoma City, OK 73123-1718.
