Bennie N. Jones, Sr.

Bennie N. Jones, Sr., 55, of Fayetteville passed away on Thursday, September 28, 2017, at his home.

He was born in Lumberton on January 15, 1962.  He loved fishing, building houses,  spending time with his children, grandchild, and friends.

Bennie is survived by his daughter, Shiann Jones; son, Bennie Jones, Jr.; grandson, Marshall Jones; mother, Monnie Gray; sisters, Carol Carmain and Vickie Cooper, Doris and Betty Burney; brothers, Harold and Jeffrey Burney; and step-father, Carol Gray.

The family will welcome friends from 10 to 11am on Wednesday, October 4, 2017 with the funeral service at 11am in the chapel of Sullivan’s Highland Funeral Service.  Burial will immediately follow at Northside Cemetery.
