Ann B. Sorensen

With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of our beloved Ann B. Sorensen, age 83, of Fayetteville, NC, who departed this world on September 10, 2024. Ann was born on December 24, 1940, in Elizabeth, NJ. She was preceded in death by her cherished husband, Wayne C. Sorensen Sr., and her daughter, Joanne B. Near.

Ann is survived by her loving children: Wayne C. Sorensen Jr., Kelly A. Sorensen, Debra A. Sorensen, and Jacqueline M. Rice. She also leaves behind a treasured family, including her grandchildren: Thomas Terlizzi Jr., April M. Armstrong, Nicholas Terlizzi, Dustin Terlizzi, Joanna Corretjer, Jorge Corretjer, Christina Corretjer, Christopher Serafin, Tiffany Serafin, Wayne R. Sorensen, Brittany Sorensen, and 13 great-grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held at Sullivan's Highland Funeral Service on Thursday, September 19, 2024 at 11:00 am.
