Angel L. Picart

Mr. Angel Picart passed away October 13, 2021. Left to cherish his memory are his brothers, Hector Picart, Jose Picart, and Amilcar Picart, and many nieces and nephews.

Angel was a loving brother, hardworking, and a great friend to many in the local community. He served in the US Navy, as well as having a career with the City of Fayetteville.

He was proceeded in death by his father, Liborio, and mother, Gloria, as well as sister, Nilsa De Los Santos, and brother, Erdie Picart.

Visitation will be held at Sullivan’s Highland Funeral Service & Crematory on Wednesday, October 20, 2021, from 8:30AM- 9:30AM.

A graveside service will be held immediately following at Sandhills State Veterans Cemetery at 10:00 am with Military Honors.
