Allie Denning Lee, 66, of Fayetteville passed away on Wednesday April 25, 2012 at UNC Memorial Hospital.
Mrs. Lee was a member of Village Baptist church and retired as a registered nurse with Highsmith-Rainey Hospital.
Mrs. Lee is survived by a daughter, Ann Denning Lee, of Fayetteville; son Robert Ashley Lee and wife Tracy Lee, of Fayetteville; 2 sisters, Jean Taylor and Lexine Hawley both of Dunn; 4 grandchildren, Ashleigh Nichole Lee, Jacob Allen Lee, Cameron Lee Williams, and Alexander Warren Guirguis.
Mrs. Lee was preceded in death by her husband Robert Allen Lee; her parents Mr. and
Mrs. Nathan Denning; and 2 sisters, Jacquelin Tart and Rose Fipps.
The family will receive friends from 11:30-12:30pm Saturday April 28, 2012 at Village Baptist Church. A memorial service will be held at 12:30 at the church, with Dr. Bruce Martin and Rev. Eastland Grey officiating.
In Lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Parkinson’s Research, Campus Box 7025, 3195C Physicians Office Building, UNC Chapel Hill, NC 27599-7025.
