Albert Lee "Mud Turtle" Reeves, 57, of 204 Puritan St., died Friday, July 8, 2011.
Mr. Reeves was an avid Harley motorcycle rider. He was a member of the APA and the Moose Lodge.
A memorial service will be held from 3 to 5 p.m. Sunday, July 17, 2011, at Moose Lodge, 588 E. Mountain Drive in Fayetteville.
Mr. Reeves is survived by his wife, Barbara G. Reeves of Fayetteville; daughter, Christy Sawanson of Rhode Island; son, Tony Reeves of Baton Rouge, La.; stepdaughter, Monica Terrell of Alexandria Bay; two stepsons, Larry J. Champion of South New Berlin, N.Y. and Brian E. Champion of Cameron; sisters, Mary Baker of Gray's Creek, Betty Garland of Charlotte and Frances Atkinson of Hope Mills; brother Johnnie Reeves of Fayetteville; 16 grandchildren; and a great-grandchild.
