Ado Lambert Riley, 88, of Fayetteville, passed away Sunday, Jan. 29, 2012, in Carrol S. Roberson Hospice Center. Mr. Riley was an Army veteran and served during World War II and Korea. He retired from civil service at post engineers on Fort Bragg. Mr. Riley was a member of Culbreth United Methodist Church. Mr. Riley is survived by his wife, Elda Smith Riley of Fayetteville; two sons, Charles L. Riley and Jerry K. Riley, both of Fayetteville; and two half sisters, Virginia Coker and Adeline Riley, both of Fayetteville. The family will receive friends from 1 to 2 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 2, 2012, at Culbreth United Methodist Church. Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the church. Burial will follow in Lafayette Memorial Park with military honors. Memorials may be made to Culbreth United Methodist Church, 1813 Sloan Ave., Fayetteville, NC 28312.
